Hello. How Are You?
It’s a simple question, and one that we can hear countless times a day.
We may be asked by a friend, family member, colleague, or sometimes even a complete stranger.
How often do you meaningfully answer? In a fast-moving world with very little space to pause, it is understandable that our responses can often be automatic, like : “I’m alright”, “I’m good”, or my personal favourite, “Yeah, good, and you?”
HAY (meaning How Are You) Clinical Psychology values the idea and commitment of creating a space where there is room to pause.
Hi, I'm Kubra.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of HAY Clinical Psychology.
I take an evidence-based, collaborative, and creative approach to therapy, drawing on frameworks tailored to your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Individual Therapy
I work with adults (18 years and older) in person at my consulting room in Thornbury.
I also offer Telehealth appointments for those that may find it easier to meet online.
Me and my approach
A little more about me, my professional background and experience, as well as the values and approach that guide the way I work with people.
